The Cadillac Grille
has been accommodating tours into the establishment since 1987.
Conveniently located on the square, directly across from the bus stop area,
so your guests have the convenience of driving directly from their hotel to the restaurant.
The Cadillac's location is a favorite for all, not only for the easy access,
but the shopping and entertainment is fabulous in the down town area.
All within walking distance of the Cadillac, your guests can enjoy
the "Shoot Out", several local plays, "Ripley's Believe It Or Not",
The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar with music and dancing,
plus, world famous art galleries!
The main dining room of the Cadillac can hold up to 90 guests, and during the summer
months we also offer  our covered-outdoor deck to groups up to 55 guests.

Tour Menu

TOURNEDOS
Two prime cut 3oz steaks, cut from the tenderloin, cooked to perfection, presented with a wonderful-rich demi glace, house mashed potatoes, and fresh vegetables.

PORK TENDERLOIN
an excellent choice steak, served with a berry-demi glace, house mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables du jour.

FRESH ATLANTIC SALMON
poached and brushed with a citrus glaze, topped with a fresh mango relish, served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables du jour.


 

PENNE CHICKEN
a favorite of pasta lovers!  Penne pasta, sautéed with fresh tomatoes, portabello mushrooms, fresh basil and sautéed breast of chicken.
     (This dish can also be presented as a vegetarian dish, just request it without the chicken)
 

The dinner entree includes a wonderful fresh house salad, tossed greens with cucumber and tomato, along with your guests choice of dressing.  Coffee, tea or soda of choice and a generous dessert choice of; New York Style Cheese Cake or our light and refreshing Russian Raspberry Cream.
